You've come to the right place!
My name is Jaylee and I've been a professional tutor for the last 10 years. I love being a physics tutor because physics is an awesome example of how math is applied in the real world.
When I was in college, I worked for two years as an assistant teacher for a sophomore-level physics class. As part of that job, I led homework study sessions for classes of 20+ students as well as weekly physics labs.
It was more than a little intimidating to teach physics to people who were usually older than me. Needless to say, with all that peer-pressure, I was very motivated to learn how to teach physics. But at the end of the semester, they gave me good reviews, so my motivation must have paid off :)
I earned my bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education with a minor in Physics Teaching and I currently teach math part-time as a licensed high school teacher while also working part-time as an online math and physics tutor.
If you want to know more about what I do for fun and what I'm passionate about, check out my About Me page. I really enjoy making math and physics easy for my students and I am looking forward to making it easy for you too!
