What should you do if you aren't able to attend your online math tutoring session when it was scheduled?

Well, you can reschedule your tutoring session up to 24 hours before it is scheduled to start.

However, if you try to cancel or reschedule your tutoring session less than 24 hours before, you will not receive a refund.

If you would like to recover some or all of your payment, you can sell (or give) your tutoring session to someone else by transferring it to them.

If you choose to do this, you are responsible for finding someone who can attend the tutoring session as scheduled.

You are also responsible to collect payment from them. You will not receive a refund and I will not collect any payment from your transferee. So, any exchange of money needs to be arranged directly between you and your transferee.

How to Transfer Your
Online Math Tutoring Session

  1. Find someone who can attend the tutoring session as scheduled.
  2. Discuss and arrange payment details with them.
  3. Forward the confirmation email to them so they have access to the meeting details.
  4. Submit this form so I know that they will be attending the tutoring session instead of you.

The link to reschedule your tutoring session is located at the end of the confirmation email you received when you booked the tutoring session. It looks like this...

If you can't find the original confirmation email, please contact me as soon as possible so I can cancel your tutoring session, issue your refund, and open up that time slot for someone else.

Thank you!
